Is MeetNotes free?
You start free with 100 minutes of recording included. After that there are paid plans and minute packs that never expire, available inside the app.
Which languages does it support?
There is no language to set for the recording — MeetNotes transcribes whatever the room actually speaks, including meetings that switch language mid-sentence. Your minutes can then be written in 110 languages, from English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese and Korean to Swahili, Yoruba, Vietnamese, Turkish, Polish and Hindi, Hinglish, Tamil, Bengali and Urdu.
Do I need a recorder device or any other hardware?
No. MeetNotes needs nothing but your phone. There is no gadget to buy, pair, charge or carry — that is the point.
How are the minutes shared?
Every meeting produces a PDF and an editable Word file, straight from the app. Send them on WhatsApp or email like any other file — the people you send them to do not need an account. If you would rather work on a bigger screen, you can also sign in at getmeetnotes.com/app and read, search and export the same meetings there.
Can I read my meetings on a computer?
Yes. Sign in at getmeetnotes.com/app with the same email you use in the app. It is the same account: your meetings, search, tasks, folders and exports, on any browser. Recording still happens on the phone.
Can I use MeetNotes as a voice journal or diary?
Yes — that's what Self mode is for. Record a voice note to yourself and it comes back organised into to-dos, reminders, ideas and decisions, all in a private space only you see. It works in every language meetings do.
Is my meeting audio private?
You control the recording — it starts and stops only when you say so. Audio is uploaded securely for the sole purpose of generating your transcript and minutes, and you can delete a meeting and its data whenever you want. Nothing is shared unless you share it.
